We have made every effort to accurately represent the PawsyClip™ and its features (such as the adjustable aperture and ergonomic handle). However, product appearance may differ slightly depending on your device settings.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities per person or region on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

Your order is an offer to purchase and is not accepted until confirmed by us via email. Please review your order carefully; once accepted, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices for PawsyClip™ products do not include taxes, shipping, or handling unless stated otherwise. You represent that the payment information provided is true and that you are authorized to use the payment method. You agree to pay all charges incurred at the posted prices.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our standard shipping time is 3–5 business days.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday–Friday.

  • Weekend Policy: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday.

  • Liability: While we strive for excellence, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the product is transferred to the carrier.

SECTION 6 - REFUND POLICY

In accordance with our brand standards, all return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for instructions on initiating a return.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including but not limited to the PawsyClip™ brand name, "by MTZ" designation, logos, images, and text, are the intellectual property of PawsyClip™ by MTZ. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material from our Services without our prior written consent.
